Dosage

  • External: for nerve indications, 3 drops of lavender essential oil on the arch, the inner side of the wrists, the solar plexus (repeat if necessary), and local applications for all other indications.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

  • 4 drops of real lavender essential oil on a cotton or a piece of wood to place in your clothes cupboards will remove the moths and give a pleasant smell to your laundry.
  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil on the lapel of a pajama collar or pillowcase will promote a quick and restful sleep.
  • Stings, burns, irritated areas, sunburns: apply 1 to 2 drops of true lavender essential oil (pure or diluted in a vegetable oil).
